How OFTEN do we send the Safety Greeting Cards?
You and your staff either choose the card or cards, or choose the themes (topics) that you wish to send your employees and staff .
The cards can be sent monthly, every 2 months, quarterly, or, however frequently you choose.
Can we include gifts or awareness products in the Safety Greeting Cards mailings?
YES! We can even help you choose the proper gift or product to insert. In fact, on this website, see our line of greeting card/CD combinations.
In the past, We have also inserted business and info cards, scratch pads, pens, as well as more bulky products...we can even send brownies! Of course, unless noted, there might be an additional cost to mail or ship these envelopes or packages.
How does the Safety Greeting Card System Work?
Very nicely, thank you!
1. You choose the card, or cards, or themes (topics) that you wish to send to your employees.
2. You create the message in the Greeting Card or use the message provided.
3. You Save these card(s) into your system, and determine when you wish these cards to be sent.
4. You select the employees or others that you wish to receved the card(s).
5. You "send" the cards by clicking the appropriate link in your Greeeting Card System.
6. AT this point...YOUR job is DONE!
7. Your Safety Greeting Card order is uploaded to the printing company.
8. The Printing company will:
A. Print the individual cards,
B. Personalize the cards with the recipients names,
C. Print a personalized envelope to your recipient,
D. Affix a FIRST CLASS Postage Stamp
E. Seal and mail your Safety Greeting Cards the following day, or on the day you request.
9. Your Recipient received their cards and shares them with their families, and talks about them at work!
Do we have to buy your Standard Safety Greeting Cards Collections?
Definitely NOT! Although we recommend that initilaly you use the standard collections, as they cover the primary safety awareness themes that are of most concern to the Safety Industry today. But, this is just a guideline.
You may 'mix-and-match' at any time. You may substitute our other cards and our CD greeting cards...even substitute a safety calendar at the end of the year.
You may also, create your own cards, or ask us to create cards for you.
We would like to send the Safety Greeting Cards & update the system ourselves. Is training Provided?
YES. We can send all of the Safety Greeting Cards, Safety CD Greeting Cards, and gifts or awareness products, if applicable, directly to you at your company. You and your staff can distribute the Safety Greeting Cards yourselves. We will train you to use the system. There is no additional charge.
***BUT,*** we know how busy you are, which is why we created the Safety Greeting Cards system. If you let us handle they program for you, this will be one thing you will not have to be concerned.
In addition to the Safety Greeting Cards, can we also send Birthday, Anniversary, and Holiday Cards?
YES! You system includes over 12,000 additional Greeting cards that cover almost all the possible reasons you would wish to send a card! If you wish to use one of these standard cards, it will cost under $1.00 per card, plus first class postage to send these cards. You can also create your own custom cards as well. Then, you can send these individually, or, to a group of people, just as you are sending the Safety Greeting cards to your employees.
This would be a wonderful way to remember anniversaries, birthdays, sympathy, Thank you, and, For a Job well Done!
